Refund Policy

At Tutrpoint, operated by Ecoevr Mobility Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent tuition experience for both parents and tutors. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all advance payments made by parents/students and upfront fees or commissions paid by tutors through our platform (WhatsApp groups, website, or any digital interaction).
2. Refunds for Parents/Students
- If a tutor discontinues or leaves within the first month, we will arrange a replacement tutor at no additional cost.
- If no suitable replacement is available, a refund for the remaining unused classes will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are only applicable for advance payments made directly through Qubenix, not for private payments made outside our platform.
3. Refunds for Tutors
- Upfront registration fees paid by tutors are non-refundable.
- If a confirmed tuition is cancelled by the parent before starting, the tutor will still be eligible to receive a demo fee (if applicable).
- Tutors who opt for the “No Upfront Fee” model are not eligible for refunds of deducted commissions.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind by parent/student after classes have already started.
- Disputes between parent and tutor that are unrelated to Qubenix services.
- Any payments made directly between parents and tutors outside the Qubenix platform.
5. Refund Process
Refund requests must be made via email to info@qubenix.in within 7 days of the issue. Requests will be reviewed, and eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
